Schedule:Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Requirements
- At least one year of plant or manufacturing experience
- Sandblasting or surface-preparation experience required
- Ability to work accurately with minimal supervision
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Effective organization and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong attention to quality and safety
Job Duties
- Set up and operate an assigned coating line
- Produce materials according to quality requirements
- Coordinate job changeovers
- Review manufacturing orders and prepare for upcoming runs
- Monitor the master production schedule
- Complete production runs according to specifications
- Record production information and test results
- Complete required production and quality reports
- Enter data using job travelers and designated software
- Operate line controls, consoles, stations, and tools
- Maintain clean and organized machine areas
- Follow all workplace safety procedures
