• Coordinate with workforce planning, track employee training, certify timecard and attendance management, create area layout and flow management.
• Provide a safe work environment and actively lead and engage in safety improvements discussions.
• Assign daily activities, conduct stand-up meetings, set priorities and review reports/metrics to locate problem areas and create solutions.
• Assist with accountability of material from receipt to throughout processing period in a timely manner and assist with lost/frustrated material.
• Coordinate overtime when required, and log/track hours in OTIS.
• Clear understanding of hazardous materials classifications, specifically Class 1.
• Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare RCAS analysis for logistics review boards.
• Order supplies as required.
• Execute cycle count and other inventory accuracy requirements to ensure 100% accountability.
• Obtain Certified Supply Chain Certificate within 1yr of employment.

• You Must Have Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience. Demonstrated people management/leadership skills. Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
• Qualifications We Prefer Experience engaging large, complicated Teams. Proven ability to develop collaborative relationships and influence up, down and/or across organizational lines.
• Previous material accountability experience across multiple projects and conflicting priorities.
• Proven understanding of metrics methods; development/execution of root cause and corrective action plans.
• Superior verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience working in a cross-functional and/or bargaining unit environment.
• Experience working with hazardous materials Class 1 compatibility rules.
• Understanding regulations including CFR, DFAR, FAR, ITAR, DoD and DSS.
