Assembly Technician

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components used in Mister Car Wash systems, ensuring parts are built to specification and meet operational performance standards.
• Interpret and follow technical drawings, blueprints, and diagrams to correctly build equipment.
• Follow established procedures for the assembly process, including the use of jigs, fixtures, and specialized tools.
• Perform routine inspections on assembled components to identify any defects, deviations, or nonconformance with specifications, report findings to team lead.

• Package completed equipment and prepare items for shipment, including palletizing, labeling, and securing freight according to shipping guidelines.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and finished products using manual or powered equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to housekeeping and safety protocols.
• Clean and organize inventory storage areas to help maintain efficiency and accuracy.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 0 – 1 years of experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environment.
• Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to become certified).
• Basic mechanical aptitude and proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read and understand assembly instructions, technical schematics, and production documents.
• Familiarity with inventory tracking systems or ERP platforms is a plus.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
