Shift: Sunday night through Thursday night, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

+ Pay Rate: $20.61/hr (includes shift differential)

* Position Overview:

* We are seeking dependable Manufacturing Assemblers with assembly experience for our 3rd shift team. Ideal candidates will have previous overnight shift experience in manufacturing, operations, or assembly environments.

** Key Areas of Responsibility:*
* Selected candidates may be assigned to one or more of the following areas:

+  
** Large Bottles:
** Formulating and filling multi-liter reagent products

+  
** Dispenser Build:
** Manual assembly of reagent dispensers for diagnostic assays; operation of automated dispenser assembly equipment

+  
** Kit Pack:
** Labeling, assembling, and packaging finished reagent kits

** Primary Duties:*
* + Assemble products and components according to detailed specifications and instructions

+ Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards and requirements

+ Maintain production targets and efficiency on the assembly line

+ Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and correctly

+ Identify and promptly report production or equipment issues to supervisors

+ Support a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols

* Qualifications:

* + 0-5 years' relevant experience (manufacturing, assembly, or operations)

+ Previous experience working 3rd/overnight shifts preferred

+ Strong attention to detail with effective problem-solving abilities

+ Good communication and teamwork skills

+ Familiarity with industry tools, software, and assembly equipment
