Location: Remote

Schedule: Flexible (5-10 hrs/week, depending on your magic)

Are you the kind of person who checks Instagram insights for fun? Do you get a little thrill from scheduling a month’s worth of posts? Do you believe that social media can be a force for good (and not just doom scrolling)? Our Safe Space is looking for a Social Media Master to help us bring clarity, consistency, and connection across all our platforms.

We’re building a supportive, empowering community-and we want our online presence to reflect that.

• CREATE, plan, schedule, and manage posts across Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and Linked In
• Help shape and maintain a consistent voice and visual style
• Track engagement and tweak what’s working (or what’s not)
• Occasionally jump in to respond to comments or messages (nicely, always)
  Brainstorm seasonal campaigns, collaborations, and trends worth jumping on

• Familiarity with scheduling tools (Buffer or Hootsuite)
• Create amazing graphics and videos using our branding tools.
• Strong writing and editing skills (you know the difference between clever and cringey)
• Organized, reliable, and able to juggle a few things without losing the plot
• Deep belief in community, growth, and using social media for good
• Bonus if you’ve managed nonprofit or mission-based accounts before

• Creative control (within our vibe) and meaningful collaboration
• A polished portfolio and real-world impact
• A fun, flexible volunteer role that lets you do your thing
• A sense of purpose and a steady stream of appreciation from our team
