Overview
Arizona Serve – founded in 2006 – partners with Ameri Corps VISTA members to build collaboration among service projects in Yavapai and Pima County. The VISTA Team Leader creates a growth‑centered experience for VISTA members by working with staff, other team leaders, and the VISTA participants.
Responsibilities- Support and
Coaching:
Provide coaching and support to members in monthly one‑on‑one meetings. - Facilitation: Cultivate a team culture that values collaboration, creativity and excellence; design and facilitate engaging activities in monthly team meetings and training sessions focused on leadership and professional development.
- Event Planning: Participate actively with a team of VISTA members, staff, and community partners to plan and develop resources for annual events, including National Days of Service.
- Community Outreach and Recruitment: Share personal service experience, develop recruitment tools, conduct outreach presentations, attend tabling events, and contribute to outreach materials and strategies.
- Living Allowance

One full‑time Ameri Corps term (VISTA, 1700‑Hour, etc.) served;
College graduate;
