SOUTHERN ARIZONA AIDS FOUNDATION seeks a full-time Youth Programs Coordinator to staff Thornhill Lopez Center and engage LGBTQ+ youth in Tucson. You will develop and train staff, coordinate quarterly programming, and connect youth with essential services, referrals, and crisis support, while maintaining strong community partnerships.
You will implement health education and life-skills workshops, plan staff and youth-led curricula, monitor weekly data, and help promote the Center through outreach
