• Supervise Nursing Staff - Oversee RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure quality resident care.
• Ensure Compliance - Maintain adherence to state and federal regulations.
• Monitor & Assess Resident Care - Evaluate conditions and provide clinical guidance.
• Train & Mentor Staff - Support professional development and education.
• Communicate with Families & Physicians - Provide updates on care plans and resident status.
• Respond to Emergencies - Act quickly and effectively in urgent situations.

• Active Arizona RN License or Compact State required.
• Previous Supervisory or Charge Nurse experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, clinical judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
