Job Description
ROLE - SPECIALTY
Wound Care Nurse

Schedule
12 hours shift; 36 hours scheduled with 24 hours guaranteed. Weekend schedule to be determined by facility.

Requirements
- Active Arizona or Compact license
- 24 months minimum of current Wound Care experience

- Certifications:

ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)
- Flu vaccination required (declinations can be applied for)
- Driver's License from outside Arizona

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive wound care to patients in various settings.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients with wound care needs.
- Educate patients and families on wound care management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
- Document care and maintain accurate patient records.
- Stay updated with best practices in wound care and participate in continuous education.

Compliance / Notes
- RTO must be less than 7 days and will not be approved in the first week of assignment or during holidays.
- Background verification must show no hits at the time of submission.
- All candidates submitted must be pre-closed and ready to accept the position.
