- Provider must have 24 months minimum of current PACU experience - [REQUIRED]
- Certifications must be American Heart Association or client - [REQUIRED]
- License verification cannot show any hits on license at time of submission - [REQUIRED]
- Flu vaccination - declinations can be applied for
- Travel experience - [REQUIRED]
- ACLS
- PALS
