We're looking for Cardiac Cath Lab RNs for an immediate travel nurse opening in Tucson, AZ. The right RN should have 1-2 years recent acute care experience.
Key Responsibilities- Assist physicians with cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, valvuloplasty, stent placement, pacemaker and ICD implantation.
- Maintain and monitor EKG equipment and provide assistance during procedures.
- Provide support in a cardiovascular surgical environment, working with a highly skilled team.
- Stand, walk and bend for long periods; lift up to 20–50 lbs as required.
- Manage stress and communicate effectively with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and 2 years of experience. Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.
