- Perform diagnostic procedures and interpret findings to assist with diagnosis and treatment.
- Educate patients and families on disease management, lifestyle modifications, and preventive care.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and documentation standards.
- Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the relevant state.
- Certification in Gastroenterology or related specialty preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience performing endoscopic procedures.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations.
- Familiarity with the latest gastroenterology treatment protocols.
Education and Experience
- Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in gastroenterology or a related field.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced outpatient or hospital setting.
- Valid state license and board certification.
- Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
- Travel reimbursement if applicable.
- Must comply with all applicable healthcare and safety regulations.
