Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse for an ER role in Tucson, Arizona
. This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned ED RN who thrives in a high-volume, high-acuity environment and has prior travel experience.
This role is best suited for a confident ED RN with strong clinical judgment and experience in large, fast-paced emergency departments.
Responsibilities- Provide emergency nursing care to patients of all acuity levels
- Perform rapid assessments, triage, and emergency interventions
- Manage trauma, stroke, cardiac, and medical emergencies
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary ED teams
- Document care accurately and in compliance with department standards
- Active Arizona RN license or compact license
- Minimum 2 years of recent ED RN experience
- Prior travel experience required
- Experience in a 500+ bed hospital strongly preferred
- Certifications required:
- BLS
- PALS
- TNCC
- NIHSS
