The Director of Nursing (DON) is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and direction of the nursing department. This role requires a strong clinical and operational leader who ensures high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and staff engagement within a skilled nursing environment.

• Direct, lead, and supervise all nursing staff to ensure safe, compassionate, and resident-centered care
• Manage daily nursing operations, including staffing, scheduling, and clinical oversight
• Maintain continuous compliance with state and federal regulations, including survey readiness
• Develop, implement, and oversee nursing policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families to promote positive outcomes
• Support staff education, training, and professional development to improve retention and performance
• Review clinical and operational data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective action plans

• Current Arizona RN license or Compact RN license required
• Minimum of 3–5 years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
• Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations, survey processes, and clinical best practices
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills
