The Center at Tucson is looking to hire Licensed Practical Nurses now!
Shift Availability:
Day shift (6am-6pm) or night shift (6pm-6am); full time, part time, PRN.Pay: $30-33/hour, dependent on experience. NOC has a shift differential in addition to the base pay.
Job Description:
The primary purpose of the Nursing Staff is to provide excellent patient care in compliance with State/Federal Regulations and Company policy.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee all areas of the patients medical needs on a daily basis
Work in collaboration with patient, physician, family members, care team and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care and treatment for the patient
LPNs-pass meds, provide treatment, assess for changes in conditions
Answer call lights, assist patient with ADLsResponsible for timely and accurate charting

Education, licensure, certifications, and experience:
Must possess a current and valid fingerprint clearance card (FPCC).Must possess a current and valid LPN/LVN license.
Must possess a current and valid CPR certification.
Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
1 years’ experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.

Job Requirements:
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
Must possess the ability to tactfully work with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.
Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents.
Must be able to relate information concerning a resident’s condition.
Must be knowledgeable of HIPAA compliance and requirements, and have the ability to maintain highly confidential information.
Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of other individuals in the workplace.
