* This is a full time position that will service the Central and Northern Tucson areas (specifically 85741, 85704, and 85705).

* Annual salary range $85000 - $95000+ per year (depending on experience), plus travel expenses.

As a Home Health RN, you'll be the heart of patient care, bringing clinical expertise and compassion directly into the home. You will:

* Create personalized care plans to improve patient outcomes and support their independence

* Coordinate care as a trusted Case Manager

Our Requirements

* Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Arizona

* Home Health experience a plus

* Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient-centered care

* Expert organizational and time management skills

* Current CPR certification

* Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
