Desert Pediatrics is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our trusted pediatric practice in Tucson.

This is a part‑time outpatient role, typically 2–3 days per week, with full benefits, weekends off, holidays off, and no call. Our practice is built around family‑centered care, strong patient relationships, and clear communication with parents and caregivers.

The Pediatric Nurse Practitioner will provide outpatient pediatric care for infants, children, adolescents, and young adults, including:

• Well‑child visits
• Sick visits
• Follow‑up care
• Preventive care
• Vaccine counseling
• Parent education

• Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner license, or eligibility to obtain
• Pediatric Nurse Practitioner certification preferred
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Warm, family‑centered approach to care

• $61 per hour
• Part‑time schedule, 2–3 days per week
