Inpatient CDI RN - Elevate Patient Documentation

Tucson Medical Center is looking for a Registered Nurse Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialist to ensure accurate and complete physician documentation. This role involves reviewing clinical records, providing feedback, and educating medical staff on documentation practices. Ideal candidates will have three years of RN experience in an acute care setting, knowledge of documentation processes, and possess the necessary Arizona RN licensure.
