Our Tucson Skilled Nursing Office is seeking newly graduated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who are passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate care.

We are currently hiring for our May-August 2026 Nurse Residency Cohorts

• ANCC-Accredited Nurse Residency Program (the only paid home care program with this distinction)
• Non-profit mission focused on quality patient care
• Dedicated clinical support and mentorship
• Exposure to diverse patient populations and care needs

• Weekly pay
• Paid training starting day one
• Adult and pediatric simulation labs
• 24/7 clinical support

• Provide one-on-one care with a client near you
• Follow and document physician orders
• Perform assessments and monitor conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and outcomes
• Deliver care independently in a home setting

• Must have graduated from an accredited LPN program within the last 12 months (based on graduation date, not LPN license date).
• Active LPN license (by start date)

Weekly pay and paid training starting day one.
