Adult/Geriatric
- Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Start date:
ASAP. Pay Rate: $113,000 - $140,000. A hospital located in Metro AZ is launching a comprehensive Geriatric Program and is seeking an experienced ACNP with strong inpatient expertise and a solid foundation in geriatric care.
- Help shape and grow a pilot geriatric model with system-wide expansion.
- Provide acute, inpatient care to geriatric patients within a multidisciplinary team.
- Perform comprehensive geriatric assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Participate in program development aligned with CMS Age-Friendly Health System measures and contribute to achieving NICHE certification.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
- Must be certified as an ACNP.
- Preferred, one (1) year of related experience in an inpatient, acute care setting.
- Must have a strong geriatric background.
