Salary Range: $30.00 - $33.00 Hourly

The primary purpose of the Nursing Staff is to provide excellent patient care in compliance with State/Federal Regulations and Company policy.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Oversee all areas of the patients medical needs on a daily basis
- Work in collaboration with patient, physician, family members, care team and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care and treatment for the patient
- LPNs-pass meds, provide treatment, assess for changes in conditions
- Answer call lights, assist patient with ADLs
- Responsible for timely and accurate charting
- Do whatever it takes to make our patients happy with their stay

- Must possess a current and valid fingerprint clearance card (FPCC)
- Must possess a current and valid LPN/LVN license
- Must possess a current and valid CPR certification
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
- 1 year’s experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred
Job Requirements
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
- Must possess the ability to tactfully work with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public
- Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents
- Must be able to relate information concerning a resident’s condition
- Must be knowledgeable of HIPAA compliance and requirements, and have the ability to maintain highly confidential information
- Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of other individuals in the workplace
