The Center at Tucson is looking to hire Licensed Practical Nurses now!
Shift Availability: Day shift (6am-6pm) or night shift (6pm-6am); full time, part time, PRN.
Pay: $30-33/hour, dependent on experience. NOC has a shift differential in addition to the base pay.
Job Description: The primary purpose of the Nursing Staff is to provide excellent patient care in compliance with State/Federal Regulations and Company policy.
Job Duties And Responsibilities- Oversee all areas of the patients medical needs on a daily basis
- Work in collaboration with patient, physician, family members, care team and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care and treatment for the patient
- LPNs-pass meds, provide treatment, assess for changes in conditions
- Answer call lights, assist patient with ADLs
- Responsible for timely and accurate charting
- Do whatever is takes to make our patients happy with their stay

Education, licensure, certifications, and experience:
- Must possess a current and valid fingerprint clearance card (FPCC).
- Must possess a current and valid LPN/LVN license.
- Must possess a current and valid CPR certification.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
- 1 years’ experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
Job Requirements
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
- Must possess the ability to tactfully work with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.
- Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents.
- Must be able to relate information concerning a resident’s condition.
- Must be knowledgeable of HIPAA compliance and requirements, and have the ability to maintain highly confidential information.
- Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of other individuals in the workplace.
