As the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Hospice, you will be responsible for providing quality patient care and performing technical skilled care in the patient's home.

Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 9am‑6pm. Requires caring for patients in the community.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Performs skilled nursing services under the supervision of a staff RN daily
  • Administers prescribed medications and treatments as permitted by state regulations
  • Assists the physician and/or staff RN in performing specialized procedures as needed
  • Assists the patient with daily activities and encourages appropriate self‑care daily
  • Reports to the patient's physician and other appropriate personnel regarding pertinent changes in the patient's condition as needed
  • Performs complex wound care if in‑service is documented for a specific procedure daily or as needed

Required Qualifications:
  • Current and unrestricted LPN licensure in state of practice
  • Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Current CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire
  • Hospice experience

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. The hourly pay for this role will range from $25.20 to $37.80 per hour based on full‑time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
