An exciting full-time opportunity awaits at Splendido—an award-winning, wellness-focused luxury senior living community—for a nurse leader who brings together clinical expertise, operational insight, and a passion for improving resident outcomes. As Nurse Manager, MDS & Clinic Reimbursement, this role leads resident assessment and care planning processes, oversees MDS completion and reimbursement accuracy, and ensures alignment across clinical care, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
Working closely with an interdisciplinary team, this leader evaluates resident conditions, develops comprehensive, person-centered care plans, supports ICD-10 coding accuracy, and guides nursing staff in delivering high-quality care. The position provides day‑to‑day clinical leadership, supports staffing and team development, and exercises independent judgment in decisions that impact compliance, quality outcomes, and operational performance. It also plays a critical role in survey readiness, quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives, and the use of clinical and operational data to strengthen outcomes and mitigate risk.
This is an ideal opportunity for a nurse who thrives in a highly accountable environment requiring sound judgment, regulatory expertise, and the ability to influence both clinical practice and organizational effectiveness. A current RN license and CPR/AED certification are required, along with strong clinical assessment, care planning, communication, and leadership skills. Experience with MDS, PPS reimbursement, ICD-10 coding, and nurse management is highly valued.

- Current State RN license
- CPR/AED certification
- Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills
- Effective leadership, coaching, and team development abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- RAC Certification and/or demonstrated MDS/PPS reimbursement experience
- Knowledge of ICD-10 coding and regulatory requirements
- Prior nurse management or supervisory experience
- Minimum two years of MDS and geriatric nursing experience
