Job Description
Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas.
Responsibilities- Oversee employee performance and scheduling
- Lead inventory control efforts and lead operational efforts
- Work with donors to resolve concerns
- Analyze opportunities specific to non-conforming events
- Perform all tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas
- Foster teamwork, communicate and resolve conflicts
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification
- Frequent bending and reaching
- Ability to walk and stand entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance
- Prolonged glove wear due to potential exposure to blood borne pathogens

Hourly Wage Range: $22.80 – $31.35
The estimated hourly wage range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual hourly wage offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education, certifications, and location.
