Job Type: Full-Time | Nights

Schedule:

3x12, Nights (7p-7:30a), some weekend shifts

• Assesses patient and plan care within set time frames and document findings according to policies
• Demonstrates leadership through duties that may include delegating tasks such as groups, close observation, meal supervision, etc
• Will also oversee staff to ensure nursing policies and procedures are followed and exemplary patient care is consistently delivered by self and all members of the team
• RN will follow hospital policy for medication administration

Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associate degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

• 21 years of age or older
• Certifications:
  
  AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) required and De‑escalation certification required or obtain within 30 days of hire
• Licenses:
  Must have a current Arizona or compact multi‑state RN license.
• Education:
  
  Associate’s degree required. BSN preferred.
