Equity Staffing Group is currently staffing a Certified Nursing Assistant for an on‑site position in Tucson, AZ 85704 and surrounding areas. This is contract work with a Fortune 500 organization that serves millions of customers daily.

Duration: 3‑month contract to start, potential for extension or conversion to FTE
Rate: $23.00 per hour
Start Date:
ASAP
Weekly Hour Guarantee: 40
Productivity Expectations (points): 35+
Shift schedule (days, start & end times): 8 am‑5 pm
On Call/Weekend Requirement: 1 Saturday per month
Will mileage be reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient? Yes
Coverage Areas:
Tucson, Green Valley, Oro Valley, Mammoth, San Manuel, Oracle, Marana, Three Points, Saddlebrooke, Vail
- Under the direction and ongoing supervision of a registered nurse, provide personal direct patient care services as established and delegated in the Plan of Care on a daily basis.
- Report after patient encounter to the Executive Director, or designee, regarding the patient’s condition or environment, following the Care Management process as needed.
- Assist with ADLs during each patient visit: mobility, transfers, walking, grooming, bathing, dressing or undressing, eating, or toileting.
- Perform incidental household services essential to the patient’s health care at home, preventing or postponing institutionalization as needed.
- Complete a clinical note for each visit and incorporate it into the patient’s record at least weekly.
- Participate in the in‑service program via an online educational forum, completing at least six hours of in‑services every six months. Must have a minimum of 12 hours of in‑service training annually.
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality on a regular basis.
- Participate in the QAPI plan or process, identifying any problems and reporting to administrator on a daily or as needed basis.
- Provide emotional support and compassionate care to the patient and family on a regular basis.
CNA experience is required; hospice experience would be nice but not necessary.
Flexibility and ability to pivot when teamwork is needed for patient care.
CNA license is required.

Minimum Education:
High School Diploma or GED.
