Global Service Resources is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse in Tucson, AZ.

Job Title: Registered Nurse – ER

Location: Tucson, AZ 85745

Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Payrate: $63–$65/hour

• Implements and monitors patient care plans; records and communicates patient status.
• Coordinates care across disciplines to ensure continuity of care.
• Performs physician and nursing orders as directed.
• Coordinates discharge planning with healthcare team.
• Performs patient assessments (initial, focused, and reassessments).
• Identifies patient problems and clinical needs.
• Develops and updates care plans with measurable goals in collaboration with patients and families.
• Provides nursing care including safety, medications, treatments, education, and documentation.
• Evaluates patient outcomes and adjusts care plans as needed.
• Delegates, prioritizes, and supervises care activities across the care team.

• 2 years of ER experience
• Current RN license
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification
