This position is located in Tucson and the candidate must be willing to relocate to the Tucson area.

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing team in Arizona. This role blends hormone replacement therapy (HRT), aesthetic services, and advanced laser treatments in a high-quality, medically driven environment.

• Provide and manage Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) treatment plans.
• Conduct Good Faith Exams (GFE) in accordance with Arizona regulations.
• Perform (or train to perform) aesthetic injectable treatments, such as neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
• Deliver or oversee laser treatments following appropriate training and certification.
• Ensure all services are delivered in compliance with state regulations and medical protocols.
• Collaborate with supervising provider and clinical team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Arizona.
• Experience in aesthetics and/or injectables preferred, but not required.
• 1‑3 years of working experience with injectables and laser treatments strongly preferred.
• Ability to complete the required 8‑hour laser certification course (LSO) if not already certified.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety and compliance.

• Must adhere to Arizona medical regulations, including proper delegation and supervision for laser procedures.
• Laser treatments require oversight by a licensed provider (MD/DO/NP/PA) and appropriate certification.
