Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse – Pediatric Homecare

Weekend differential and sign‑on bonus.

• Treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies.
• Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care.
• Educate patients and families regarding the disease process, self‑care techniques, and prevention strategies, and meet the patients’ nursing needs.

• Current Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license is required.
• Active nursing license in good standing (required).
• Attention to detail.
• Time‑management skills.
• Effective problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Good organization and effective communication.
• Home‑health experience (preferred).
