(RN/LPN) Pediatric Home/School Nurse – Flexible Schedule – Sign on Bonus

Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse responsible for treating infants, children, and/or adolescents in home or school settings.

• Provide treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents according to the active plan of care as given by the physician and other personnel.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care.
• Educate patients and families regarding disease processes, self‑care techniques, prevention strategies, and meeting nursing needs.

• Current Arizona Registered Nurse License (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License.
• Active Nursing License in good standing.
• Attention to detail.
• Time‑management skills.
• Effective problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Home health experience (preferred).
