About the Client

The client is an innovative U.S.

-based physicians network that has been delivering high-quality healthcare to elderly patients in assisted and independent living communities, group homes, and private homes for more than five years.

Our client has 50+ full-time healthcare clinicians (board‑certified physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, podiatrists, psychiatrists, psychologists, and wound‑care specialists) who visit patients in the comfort of their own homes. They are also rapidly expanding the house‑call network model with a patent‑pending telemedicine platform via 4G/5G smartphones and tablets.

To continue the high‑level patient care focused on assisted/senior living and skilled nursing facilities we are now looking for a part‑time (minimum 2 days/week)

Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant in Tucson, AZ

Please note, even though this role is house‑call focused, it will include limited travelling as most facilities have multiple patients that need to be seen. Therefore, the number of patient visits for each week can be reached in a clustered and very efficient way.

  • Diagnose and treat patients in assisted living/group homes and skilled nursing facilities, including House Call services for common chronic diseases via “in‑person” House Call and/or telemedicine visits.
  • Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments.

  • Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities.
  • Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care.

  • AZ License must be current and in good standing.
  • One to two years’ experience as a Primary Care Nurse or Physician Assistant.
  • Must have current and active DEA.
  • Ability to build rapport with patients.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to generate CPT and ICD
    10 coding – REQUIRED.
  • Ability to get along and adapt with medical and administrative team members.
  • Being bilingual is a bonus.
Good to Know
  • The client offers a very flexible work environment and a strong back‑office team that structures patient visits efficiently.
  • The structure is pay‑per‑visit, offering a straightforward and transparent performance‑based structure. See more patients = get paid more.
