This position provides leadership and direction for the efficient and effective operation of an ambulatory or outpatient site(s). The leader oversees operations, capital purchases, strategic planning, business development, and maintains a positive image within the community, ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and standards. The position also manages relationships with physician partners.

• Oversees overall operation to ensure continuous, quality, accurate, timely, and cost‑effective services. Manages provider relations and collaborates with physicians and leaders for high‑quality patient experience.
• Provides leadership in compliance and privacy, reporting failures and ethical concerns as required.
• Implements, communicates, and monitors board‑approved policies, procedures, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Hires, leads, mentors, develops, and evaluates staff, fostering engagement and competency. Leads goal setting, performance planning, and evaluation.
• Provides leadership that contributes to growth and market leadership, including continuous physician recruitment, growth analysis, and recommendation of actions to corporate management.
• Oversees marketing activities and utilizes corporate and local resources.
• Ensures financial stewardship in operational and capital acquisition processes, establishes performance measures and oversees the site budget in conjunction with corporate budget, achieving budget goals annually.
• Promotes high quality of service, supports process improvements, leads innovation, and directs planning of policies and procedures for excellent patient care.
• Demonstrates understanding of clinical operations, motivates staff, ensures outcome‑focused systematic care, and leads evidence‑based nursing practice.
• Integrates innovation and evidence‑based findings into practice, fosters solutions, and leads quality management across the continuum.
• Produces results meeting or exceeding strategic and operational targets, overseeing clinical operations, quality, patient safety, nursing practice, and human resources management.

• Associate’s degree in nursing or higher.
• Current, valid RN license in the state of practice (or temporary or compact as applicable).
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• PALS certification required within six months if assigned ASC pediatrics.
• Three to five years of healthcare management experience.
• At least one year of experience leading and/or managing clinical operations.
• Strong decision‑making, critical thinking, and change leadership abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, demands, and issues simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, planning, organizational, and conceptual skills.

Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, and applicable professional standards. Provides all customers with an excellent service experience by consistently demonstrating core and leader behaviors each day.
