Medical Surgical 4W is a 30-bed Adult Medical Specialty Unit, which provides acute medical care to adult and geriatric patient populations. The unit provides care to patients with multiple diagnoses such as respiratory failure, renal failure, liver failure, infectious disease, acute neurological dysfunction, oncology and more. Our specialties also include caring for adult Cystic Fibrosis patients and performing peritoneal dialysis; specialized skills and competencies to add to your repertoire.
The variety of diagnoses seen daily on 4W allow our staff to learn a multitude of skills including telemetry, preparation for organ transplant, post-operative care, wound care, and much more.
This is for a Full Time, Night Shift (7:00PM-7:30AM) working 3/12 hour shifts per week with a weekend and holiday rotation. Enjoy an 18% night shift differential, a flat rate $3/hour weekend shift differential when applicable and utilize our self-scheduling tool for shift and weekend coverage.
