LPN-LVN Home Health
- Tacoma, AZ
- Local or Traveler
13 weeks Mon
- Fri, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week 30 units HH required HCHB desired LPN coverage will be North, Central and West
- On Call
- One weekend a month and one week a month No guarantee, FT available
Skills:
- Homecare Homebase Software Experience
- Required - Current Nursing License in the Practicing State
- Valid Drivers License
- Current CPR Certification
- Two years experience as an LPN/LVN in a clinical setting, preferably in a home health or hospice setting
- Current driver's license
- Required - Must have reliable transportation and insurance
- Required - 1-2 years experience as a LPN-LVN in a clinical care setting
- Required - 1-2 years Home health experience
- Required - Education:
Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program or accredited School of Vocational Nursing
