Banner Health is seeking a SWAT RN for Banner University Medical Center Tucson. You will provide clinical expertise in emergency response, rapid response, Code Blue, and patient transport across multiple units. You assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality service for patients and families.
The role requires an RN license, BLS, and one year of acute care experience. A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
