Devon Gables Rehabilitation Center is looking for exceptional Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team of dedicated clinical professionals! • Evening: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Overnight: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Weekends: 12-hour shifts available

• Daily Living Support:
  Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and transferring/ambulating.
• Nutritional Care:
  Deliver meals, assist with feeding, serve nutritional supplements, and ensure residents receive adequate fluids and nourishment throughout your shift.
• Clinical Observation:
  Monitor residents closely, document food/fluid intake, and promptly report any changes in health status or behavior to the supervising nurse.
• Comfort & Environment:
  Maintain clean, tidy living areas, make resident beds, and safely transport residents within the facility.

  Collaboration:
  
  Assist nurses and auxiliary staff as needed to ensure smooth shift operations.
• Compliance & Ethics:
  Maintain absolute resident confidentiality, adhere to professional standards, and strictly follow all facility, local, state, and federal regulations.

• Certification:
  Active and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Clearance:
  Current Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Life Support:
  Valid First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Clinical Knowledge:
  Solid understanding of patient care policies and regulations, and familiarity with signs/symptoms of common medical conditions.
• Soft Skills:
  
  Excellent interpersonal communication, strong teamwork habits, keen attention to detail, and adaptive problem-solving skills.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Physical strength and stamina necessary to stand for long periods and safely lift or assist residents.
