Area Dialysis Program Manager

Registered Nurse – Dialysis (Tucson, AZ)

Full‑time position. Deploying a skilled RN to provide dialysis therapy in an outpatient setting.

• Collaborate with the dialysis health‑care team to deliver safe and effective dialysis therapy to patients.
• Operate dialysis equipment and monitor patients under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse, following organizational protocols.
• Document and report patient responses, machine performance, and any clinical concerns in the electronic health record.
• Maintain sterile technique and infection‑control standards throughout all dialysis procedures.
• Continuously assess patient condition, adjusting treatment parameters as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Minimum of one (1) year of recent clinical nursing experience.
• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Valid Arizona Registered Nurse license.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Proficient in dialysis procedure, documentation, and patient care.

$24.00 hourly. Full benefits package available through the sponsor organization (details available upon application).
