Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse position located in Tucson, Arizona. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients across a variety of clinical conditions within the PCU environment. The nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care utilizing current best practices and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and professional standards.

• Schedule:
  
  Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications:
  
  Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice or a valid compact RN license. BLS certification is required. Experience in an acute care setting within the past 12 months with at least 1 year of clinical experience in the specialty area.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred. Professional certification relevant to the specialty is also preferred.
• Additional Information:
  The position involves direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions. It requires effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members, along with documentation in accordance with policies and standards. The role may involve supervising other licensed and non-licensed personnel and participating in quality improvement activities. The start date for this assignment is 08/10/2026.
