Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications. Evaluate complex patient conditions, monitor pain levels, and document treatment responses. Apply advanced knowledge of vital sign monitoring to identify and record abnormalities. Perform routine assessments to monitor patient health and ensure overall well-being. Conduct medication reviews to identify potential side effects and drug interactions. Accurately document patient medical history using electronic health records.
Use excellent communication skills to interact with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
32-40 hours per week, including every other weekend; may require floating to other nearby locations.
Education/Licenses NeededFull, active, and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse in a State, Territory, Commonwealth of the United States, or District of Columbia. Current BLS certification.
