Active Arizona License & DEA
Primary Care Nurse Practitioner
- Needed for a 6-week outpatient assignment in Arizona. The clinician will be required to hold an active Arizona State license & DEA.
- Schedule:
2- 6-hour shifts per week - Compensation: $100/hr. plus malpractice coverage insurance
- Locations:
Holbrook, Arizona - Start Date:
ASAP pending credentialing (within 1 week of submitting documents) - Working with an Underserved Population
- No Calls or Weekends
- Weekly Direct Deposit
- 24/7 Availability to your Recruiting Consultant & Credentialing Staff
- A+ Rated Malpractice Coverage
- NALTO Member
