Travel Stepdown RN Seeking an experienced Stepdown RN to provide specialized care for patients transitioning from intensive care to medical-surgical units.
Responsibilities- Monitoring cardiac rhythms and vital signs
- Administering medications
- Assisting with cardiac procedures
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, patient-centered care
- Assessing patient needs
- Managing complex conditions
- Educating patients on cardiac health
- At least one year of recent stepdown experience
- Current RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Preferred certifications such as PCCN or NIHSS
- Critical thinking
- Effective communication
- Physical stamina
- Proficiency in technical and motor tasks
