Naven Health seeks an Infusion Nurse I to provide direct patient care in the home or an infusion site, under close supervision. You will ensure patient safety in alignment with a physician’s plan of care, and you will support continuity of care through real-time documentation.
Active RN license in the state of practice and 0–2 years infusion nursing experience are required, along with CPR certification. This role includes travel to patient homes and adherence to HIPAA and policy guidelines.
