Join Sync Nurse as a Home Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) on a PRN basis. In this vital role, you will provide specialized infusion therapy in patients’ homes, ensuring safe and effective delivery of medications and treatments. Responsibilities

• Administer IV infusions, medications, and therapies following physician orders with precision and adherence to aseptic techniques.
• Conduct patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and evaluation of treatment responses.
• Educate patients and caregivers on infusion procedures, medication management, and safety protocols to promote independence and confidence.
• Document all patient interactions accurately within Sync Nurse's custom EMR
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions or complications related to infusion therapy, responding promptly with appropriate interventions.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in good standing; prior experience in home infusion nursing preferred.
• 2+ years nursing experience required
• Strong knowledge of IV insertion, catheter care, aseptic technique, and medication administration.
• Experience in an ED, ICU, Oncology, Infusion Center are very helpful but not strictly required.
• Ability to work independently in home environments while maintaining high standards of infection control and safety protocols.
