We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join a dynamic inpatient team in a Level II Trauma Center's Stroke Unit.
Responsibilities include
- clinical management of patients
- performing therapeutic and diagnostic procedures
- interpreting diagnostic tests
- prescribing medications
- educating patients
- The role offers growth opportunities to develop expertise in neurologic and critical care.
- Current Acute Care Nurse Practitioner board certification
- DEA license, BLS, ACLS certifications
- ENLS training preferred (can be completed within 1 month)
- Open to experienced and new graduates
Ideal candidates appreciate a team-based approach and may have neuroscience or critical care background.
