Casa de la Luz Hospice is seeking an After hours Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive hospice care to patients and families after regular business hours, including nights and weekends. You will triage needs by phone and perform timely in-person visits as needed to support ongoing care.
Responsibilities include crisis management, initial nursing evaluations within 48 hours, after hours visits, and ongoing documentation and reassessment of patient and family needs.
