Seeking immediate start date;
Level III NICU; 36 beds; may float for an appropriate assignment to a pediatric unit. Must have a minimum of 2 years as a NICU RN and prior travel experience to be considered.
- BSN or higher with active RN license in applicable state.
- Minimum 2 years NICU nursing experience preferred.
- Proficient in NICU clinical procedures and safety protocols.
- Ability to monitor and document patient status in EHR with accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to escalate safety concerns promptly.
- Competence in medication administration and adherence to physician orders.
- Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary team; participate in care planning.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to professional development.
- Experience with data analytics or pipelines to track outcomes is a plus.
- Availability for on-site contract role with flexible shifts as needed.
