Registered Nurse, Preadmission

• Conducting comprehensive pre-surgical assessments
• Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams
• Ensuring every patient is physically and emotionally prepared for their procedure
• Blending clinical judgment with exceptional communication skills
• Serving as the vital link between patients, surgeons, anesthesiologists, and care teams

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice, temporary/interim RN license in state of practice, or compact RN licensure for current state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in the clinical area for which he or she is applying is desired.
• Must maintain clinical performance competencies appropriate to the area in which they work as demonstrated through annual validations.
• Minimum of one year experience in an acute care hospital setting for Banner Registry and Travel acute care positions.
• Experience must include working in an acute care setting within the past 12 months as a Registered Nurse in the specialty area.
• Minimum of one year experience as a Registered Nurse in a physician practice or an acute care setting for Banner Registry and Travel physician practice positions.

Demonstrates expertise in conducting pre-surgical assessments and coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring patients are prepared for procedures. Strong clinical judgment and communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with patients and healthcare professionals.
