More about our teamAs an OR Coordinator RN, you'll be a key clinical leader, partnering closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and frontline staff to ensure efficient patient flow, coordinate daily operations, and support outstanding surgical outcomes. How you’ll contributeAn OR Coordinator who excels in this role:
Teach total joint classes in conjunction with Orthopedic Center of Excellence program.
Plays a critical role in advancing quality and performance initiatives within the department.
Responsible for monitoring and supporting key perioperative metrics, including on-time first case starts, turnover times, surgical site infection prevention practices, documentation compliance, patient safety indicators, and regulatory readiness.
Will identify opportunities for process improvement, analyze performance trends, implement best practices, and partner with team members to achieve department goals related to quality, safety, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Applicants should have a current Arizona or Compact State RN license and possess an Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferredExperience:
Minimum of 1 year OR nursing requiredCertification:
Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hireCertifications:
ACLS, PALS and Handle with Care preferred
