This facility is seeking a Family or Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

• Patients Per Day: 15-20
• Practice Setting:

  Primary, Acute, and Chronic Care
• State Licensure:
  Active Arizona State License and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
• Credentialing Timeframe: 2-4 Weeks
